What is Surface Preparation?
Surface is your concrete floor. Scraping off tile or filling cracks and pits is an example of surface preparation. Other methods use dye and polishing for indoor use.
What is grind and seal?
A grind produces either a lustrous or reflective sheen. Diamond grinders of different grit sizes produce the sheen you prefer. Sealing can also use stain to beautify the results. Protection of the surface from weathering and shine enhancements are sealed into the floor.
What is your maintenance plan?
Concrete floors can be chemically treated with densifiers to make them harder and even more durable. Maintenance plans use the guard seal along with buffers to further toughen up the concrete.

Medium Sheen 600-800 Grit
High Sheen 1500-3000 Grit
